Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Rupp Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Rev. John Bussell and Rev. Ronald Morgan will officiate with burial to follow at Woodland Cemetery, Monroe.
Born April 12, 1972 in Monroe he was the son of Jack M. and Nancy L. (Hubbard) Rice.
Kevin was employed by Inergy Automotive in Troy; was a 1990 graduate of Monroe High School; a 1998 graduate of Eastern Michigan University, and enjoyed playing the guitar.
Surviving are his mother Nancy of Monroe; grandmother Bertha J. Rice of Monroe; brother, Craig M. (Victoria Lusch) Rice of Lakeland, Florida; sister, Kathleen R. (Robert Bergren) Rice of Lakewood, Colorado and a niece Johnna R. (Jason) Schultz of Monroe.
He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents Green and Maxine Hubbard and grandfather, Elmer Rice.
