Ann Louise Paulhamus Lipe Creed
Ann Louise Creed left this earth to meet The Lord on Monday, July 28, 2014. Annie, as she was affectionately called, was a precious wife, mermee, mommy, Gma, best friend and most of all love of our lives.
Born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, on January 5, 1940, to Harry and Thelma Paulhamus, she was the youngest of three children. Annie is survived by her husband of six years, Robert B. Creed of Palmyra, Virginia; brother, Melvin Paulhamus of Phoenix, Arizona; five children, Jeffrey Lipe and wife, Jackie, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Kelly Cochran of Palmyra, Virginia, David "JD" Lipe of San Diego, California, Thomas Lipe and wife, Marlene, of Marietta, Pennsylvania, and Susan Halpin and husband, John, of Palmyra, Virginia; grandchildren, Megan Wilson, Grace, Samuel and Anthony Halpin, Madison Lipe, James and Evan Lipe. Annie is also survived by Robert's children, Francis Creed of Westford, Massachusetts, Margaret Creed of Orlando, Florida, Patrick and John Creed of Silver Spring, Maryland.
We would like to express a special thank you to ICU nurses, Tiffany and Amber, and attending physician, Dr. Ansa, of Martha Jefferson Hospital, Charlottesville, Virginia, your compassion was beyond measure and something we will never forget. We welcome everyone that knew her to join us for a memorial service at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Route 53, in Palmyra, Virginia, on Saturday, August 16, 2014, at 10 a.m.
