Cynthia Denise Backes was born September 30, 1958 in Denver Colorado to Bill Harmon and Dorothy Grummon Harmon.
Cindy had several types of jobs before working at Hilmar. She was a great asset to the community. She was loved by her fellow co-workers and many within Dalhart. Her interest were quilting, spending time with her husband Howard and their dog “Snuggles”, her children and other family members. She loved to travel and see everyone. She spent her free time helping other ladies with the completion of their quilts. She was just so loved by the people whom she encountered! She was so proud of her daughter Dana for finally completing her career in nursing.
