Sabrina A. Aguilar, 15, of Doña Ana entered eternal life Monday, February 13, 2006 at R.E. Thomason General Hospital in El Paso, Texas. She was born July 9, 1990 in Las Cruces and was a lifelong area resident. At the time of her death, Sabrina was a Freshman at Oñate High School and she was also a member of the Catholic Church. She is survived by her mother, Edna Guerra; father, Geraldo Aguilar, Jr., and wife, Joanne; four brothers, Michael, Gabriel M. and Anthony C. Aguilar, Alejandro Ruiz; two sisters, Yvonne B. and Sarrah A. Aguilar; maternal grandmother, Guadalupe Ortega all of Las Cruces. Other survivors include aunts and uncles, Manny and Isabel Ferrales, Jr., Richard F. and Gregory Aguilar, Adela Guerra, Jaime and Dora Guerra all of Las Cruces, Dan and Judy Bailey, David and Michael Solomon and Carol Weber all of Canton, Ohio. She is also survived by one niece, Erika Aguilar; stepfathers, Armando Ruiz and Valentin Aceves and sister-in-law, Jessica Rubio all of Las Cruces. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfathers, Raul Ortega and Alejandro Guerra; her paternal grandparents, Geraldo Sr., and Rosemary Aguilar. Visitation for Sabrina will begin at 5 p.m. Sunday, February 19, 2006 in Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine and Parish, 3600 Parroquia Street in Tortugas where the Prayer Vigil is scheduled for 6 p.m. The Family and Friends will join together to celebrate the Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Monday, February 20, 2006 in the same church with Reverend Donald Adamski officiating. The Rite of Committal and Interment will follow in San Jose Cemetery in La Mesa where she will be laid to rest. Serving as casket bearers will be Michael Aguilar, Herbert Harding III, Raymundo Aceves, Fernando Rosas, Noel Aguilar and Julio Rodrigues.
