Pattie Jean Armer, 70, of Amarillo, Texas died Sunday, February 19, 2006.

Pattie Jean Armer, the daughter of Ivan Mobray and Ardith Irene Mobray, was born November 3, 1935, in Keyes, Oklahoma. She entered into eternal rest on February 19, 2006, in Amarillo, Texas, at the age of 70 years.

Pattie was raised in Keyes, Oklahoma. She attended and graduated from the Keyes High School, with the class of 1954. After completing high school, Pattie moved to Amarillo, Texas, where she completed a business course, at the Draughn's Business College.

Pattie was united in marriage to Eddie Armer, in 1956, in Amarillo, Texas. To this union 3 sons were born, Bruce, Ronnie and Charles.

Pattie lived in Keyes, Oklahoma, for a few years, then lived in Tribune, Kansas, for a short time, moved back to Amarillo, Texas. She then returned to Keyes, where she made her home, until 1971. At this time, she moved to Okmulgee, Oklahoma, where she attended the Oklahoma State University Votech, and completed the Key Punch Operator course. Pattie continued to live and work in Okmulgee, for 29 years. She then moved back to Amarillo, Texas where she was living at the time of her death. In Amarillo, Pattie worked for Wal-Mart. Pattie loved her work and being able to visit with her co-workers.

Pattie enjoyed garage saleing and reading passed many hours for her. She enjoyed visiting with her family and friends. Pattie also liked to play bingo.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ivan Mobry, and one son, Bruce Armer.

Survivors include: two sons Ronnie Armer, and wife Teresa, of Kissee Mills, Missouri, and Charles Armer of Denver, Colorado, her mother Ardith Smith, Keyes, Oklahoma, one brother Charles Simpson and wife Mary Ann, Keyes, Oklahoma, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Keyes First Baptist Church, Keyes, Oklahoma, with Billy Rammage, officiating. Interment will be in the Willowbar Cemetery. The family has suggested memorials to the Willowbar Cemetery, they may be left in care of the mortuary. Services by Cimarron Mortuary-Box 277, Boise City, Oklahoma 73933.
