Mrs. Bizzell is survived by a daughter, Vickie Bizzell of the home, two sons, James Bizzell of the home and Minister George Bizzell of Elizabeth, NJ; five sisters, Rosa L. Smith of Turkey, NC; Polly Roberts of Wilson, NC; Georgina Hardy and Margaret Starkey both of Elizabeth, NJ; and Shirley Sumter of Kinston, NC; three brothers, John Starkey and Raymond Starkey both of Kinston, NC; and George Starkey of Jacksonville, NC; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family received friends 2-6pm, Saturday, March 8, 2008 at the Brock Memorial & Worley Funeral Home of Clinton, NC.
The funeral services were held at 2:30pm, Sunday, March 9, 2008 at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church with the Bishop Varnie N. Fullwood officiating.
Burial was made in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Clinton, NC.
