PAGE, Jess J. (Age 58) "You can't win 'em all" -one of the last sentiments made by Jess that perfectly epitomizes his personality. Jess passed away, surrounded by family, on the morning of Thursday, July 31st, 2014 from esophageal cancer. Jess was born in Mankato, MN and moved to Spokane, WA when he was 10 years old. He graduated from Central Valley HS in 1974 and would go on to marry his high school sweetheart, Donna (Addington) Page, with this September marking their 29th wedding anniversary. Jess worked diligently for the telephone company for 30+ years, retiring in 2011. We remember Jess for showing us the value of honest and hard work. He dedicated his life to provide for his family. He was always the voice of reason and a true model of what it means to have integrity. The grace and dignity by which he handled his illness was only a small reflection of the kind of man he was through life. We hold memories of Jess close in our hearts and will never forget his ability to make us laugh, love us unconditionally, and provide abundant joy in our lives. Jess is preceded in death by his father, Orville Page, and sister-in-law, Janice Page. He is survived by his mother, Viola (Salfer) Page, wife, Donna, son, Landon, daughter, Loni, his brothers, Michael, Steven, Rome, Randy, Kevin, Kerry, Sheldon, Pat, as well as his sister, Susan and their families. Also his father-in-law Don Addington, brothers-in-law: Dan Addington (Shari), Tim Paulsen and sister-in-law Tammie Ovens. A graveside service to honor Jess will be held at St. Joseph's Cemetery, August 15th, 2014 at 10am. "What we have once enjoyed and deeply loved we can never lose, for all that we love deeply becomes a part of us." -Helen Keller
