Sarah Jane Gundy Stephenson, 95, of Mechanicsburg passed away Wednesday, August 06, 2014 at Manor Care in Camp Hill.

Born February 24, 1919 in Altoona, she was the daughter of the late Edwin and Mary Gundy.

Sarah was a graduate of Bucknell University.

She was a member of the Camp Hill United Methodist Church.

In addition, Sarah was a member of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Pi Beta Phi Sorority.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Thomas C. Stephenson; and, by her daughter: Jane S. Witmer.

Surviving is Sarah's son and daughter-in-law: Thomas and Ann Stephenson of Duncannon; her six grandchildren; her seven great-grandchildren; her son-in-law: Verle Witmer of Roanoke, Virginia; and, her sister: Peggy Ulmer of Lewisburg.

Sarah Jane Gundy Stephenson, 95, of Mechanicsburg passed away Wednesday, August 06, 2014 at Manor Care in Camp Hill.
