Wanda June DeSantis, 54, of 13068 Vine Street, Etiwanda, California, died December 15, 1977 at Las Vegas, Nevada of a heart attack. A housewife, she was a native of Conway, Arkansas and an Etiwanda resident for 12 years. She is survived by her husband, Joe DeSantis of Etiwanda; two brothers, Coy Coker of DeWitt, AK and Billy Coker of Dabeville, AL; six sisters, Bernice Chadick of Hollandale, MI, Donna McCollum of Creenville, MI, Wilma McGee of Rialto, CA, Imogene Wylie of DeWitt, AK, Mary Jo Brower of Baton Rouge, LA, and Shirley Reed of Bakersfield, CA. Also one son, Michael Slye of Canoga Park, CA; four daughters, Peggy Fleming of Thousand Oaks, CA, Wanda Joan Waters of Canoga Park, CA, Elsie Casto of Upland, CA, and Brenda Weallis of Etiwanda, CA; 12 grandchildren. Services were held at Forest Lawns Memeorial Park, Covina Hills, CA, where she was interred.
