First born son of my brother ,David Leonard Fleury Sr. and Loraine (Stover) Fleury. When he was a baby I would babysit him a few times.
He was born in Mount Clemens Michigan. He was the oldest of five syblings , they were,Todd, Gilbert, Tracy, Marie , and another half brother Kenneth (Kenny) who was born in Florida to David Leonard Sr. and David Leonard Sr.'s second wife Margaret Fleury.
I do not remember how long they lived in Mount Clemens Michigan when Davey was a baby because I and my husband moved to Tennessee a year after I got married.

I heard David lived in Seattle Washington when he was older he got married and had a daughter, her name is Lanelle Kimble Fleury.

I was sad when he passed. He took his own life. May he rest in Peace.
He was the grandson of Leonard Joseph Fleuryand Florence Jean Simpson Fleury .

Note: Memorial was added by my fathers aunt and then transferred to me. The following are my additions...

"I'm Free"
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free
I'm following the path God laid for me.
I took his hand when I heard him call
I turned my back and left it all.

I could not stay another day
To laugh, to love, to work or play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way.
I found that place at the close of day.

If my parting has left a void
Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss,
Ah yes these things, I too will miss.

Be not burdened with time or sorrow,
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My life's been full, I savored much,
Good friends, good times, a loved ones touch.

Perhaps my time seemed all too brief,
Don't lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and share with me
God wanted me now, he set me free.
