Carolyn's mother was the late Phala Perkins Johnson. She was also predeceased by her brothers, Larry Wayne Johnson and Clarence Bernard Johnson, Jr. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Douglas Kincaid. She worked in real estate, insurance and investment, and in the Fayette County Schools.
