Stella M. Asper, 80, 1203 N. 8th St., died Sunday at Trinity Regional Hospital. She had been in poor health for the last few years.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Olaf Lutheran Church with the Rev. Allen E. Hermeier officiating. Burial will be in North Lawn Cemetery. Visitation is after 4 p.m. today at the Bruce Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, Arnold; daughter, Donna Fitzler, Mitchell, S.D., son, Dennis, RFD; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; sisters, Sadie Johnson, Austin, Minn., Myrtle Harding, Adams, Minn.
Stella Rogne was born in Adams, Minn. and graduated from Adams High School. After graduation she worked in a restaurant in Adams. In 1935 she married Arnold Asper in Adams. In 1942 they moved to Austin, Minn., and lived there until 1945, when they moved to Mitchell, S.D. In 1956, they came to Fort Dodge and established their home here.
She was a member of the Pricilla Circle at St. Olaf.
