Mrs. Hiram Weidman died suddenly at her home Sunday morning at 1 o'clock. It is supposed she had not felt well and had gotten up. She was found lying on her face in the sitting room. About ten years ago Mrs. Weidman suffered a stroke of paralysis and again last January she had a second stroke which drew the muscles of her face and made it difficult for her to speak. Therefore it is thought this was a third visitation of paralysis. Mary Grove was born in February, 1857 and was married to Hiram Weidman twenty years ago. She leaves one son George. the family came to St. Charles eight years ago from Canal Dover, Ohio, She was a kind friend and neighbor and her death is very sad to her family and friends. The funeral was held at the Methodist church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
