Mrs. Gladys Martin Mountcastle died March 6, 1975 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John F. Lyle in Keysville, Va. She was the widow of Elwood T. Mountcastle of New Kent County. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs, John F. Lyle; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Campbell Hanks of Richmond and Mrs. Indiana Cecil of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; one brother, Ray J. Martin of Richmond; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held Saturday, March 8 at 11 a.m., in the Laburnum Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 2110 E. Laburnam Ave., Richmond, with interment in Olivet Presbyterian Church Cemetery, New Kent County,.
