OBITUARY: Luella M. McDonald, 89, of 187 Bevier St., Binghamton, died suddenly Tuesday evening at 6:45 p.m..
She is survived by her husband, William O. McDonald, Binghamton; two sons, Irving W. McDonald, Binghamton, Ray M. McDonald, Lieutenant U.S. Navy, Okinawa; two daughters, Mrs. John (Marian) Cable, and Mrs. Frank (Jeanne) Dilley, both of Sidney; a step-son, Uriah J. Short, Owego; a brother, Maurice Bice, Cascade Valley; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She attended the Fairview Methodist Church for several years.
The body was removed to the William R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 44 Exchange St., where the friends may call Thursday evening from 7 to 9 and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.. Funeral arrangements are pending. [Source: Binghamton (NY) Press & Sun-Bulletin, Wed., Apr. 26, 1961]
