Opal Pauline Sharp, 80, of Ripley, died April 8, 2005, at CAMC Memorial Hospital.
She was born August 12, 1924 in Sandyville, the daughter of the late Albert Earl and Mary Gibbons Grandon.
She is survived by one son, Garry Sharp and his wife, Helen, of Ripley; two daughters, Sandy and her husband, Mike Waybright of Ripley and Debra Gandee of Ripley; daughter-in-law, Sandra Sharp of Ripley; grandchildren, Wendi and husband Chaed Smith, Danny and wife, Mary Ann Sharp, Kristy and husband, Mike Hatcher, Michael Waybright, Tara and husband, Davey Eichhorn, Ched Gandee and Cassie Gandee; great-grandchildren, Jasmine and Cody Sharp, Kaiden Kaiser, Bianca Eichhorn, Madison Hatcher and Kaylee Smith. Several nieces and nephews also survive Mrs. Sharp. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oral ""Bus"" Sharp and one son, Paul ""Buck"" Sharp.
