Cindy L. Rozman was born Oct. 4, 1957, in Aberdeen, Wash., and moved to Portland as a child. She graduated from David Douglas High School in 1976 and was a homemaker. In 1979, she married Jeffrey L.Hines.
Survivors include her husband; son, David; daughter, Jennie; sister, Sheryl Rozman; brothers, Gene Rozman, Marc Rozman and Kirk Rozman.
