Mary Jane (Barnett) Watashe, 91 years and 4 months old was a resident of the Kellyville community. Mary left this life to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 after a month long battle and short lived successful cardiac surgery at St. John Hospital. Mary was born on April 3, 1923, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, to the late Wesley and Louanna Barnett.

Mary was preceded in death by: her husband and True Love, George; three daughters, Sutta Bryant, Lou Spencer and Lucy Watashe; two sons, Kenneth and Ronnie Watashe.

Wake services will be Thursday, 7 pm., August 7th at Pickett Chapel south of Sapulpa. Native American Church services will be held on Thursday at the Watashe homeplace.

Funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Friday, August 8, 2014 at Pickett Chapel south of Sapulpa. Interment will follow at the Green Hill Cemetery in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.

Services held under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
