Cody Blake Fisher, 22, of Ozark passed away Saturday, August 3rd.

He utilized his training from principle applications for life skills (PALS) working in the Community, more specifically United Methodist Church of Little Rock program for troubled children, always a passion of his he carried throughout his life.

He is survived by his parents, Gary Fisher and Madeline Singleton of Ozark; his step-father Paul David Sturdivant; his maternal step-grandparents, Farold and Nevada Sturdivant of Ozark; his paternal grandmother Ruby Carpenter of Ozark; two sisters, Jessica Fisher and Keelee Sturdivant, both of Ozark; and two step-sisters, Sarah Smith and Shawna Sturdivant, also both of Ozark.

The family will visit with friends 2:00 – 4:00 PM, Sunday, August 10, 2014 at Shaffer Funeral Home, 2315 West Commercial, in Ozark.
Graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, August 11, 2014, at Westview Cemetery in Ozark, under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
