Born on November 6, 1940 in Alexandria, Louisiana to her parents, J. C. Bellett, Sr. and Marie (Sexton) Bellett, she had been a resident of Orange since 1947.
Joyce is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Earl Tinsley; her daughter, Keena Tinsley and her brother, James Bellett.
Those who will most cherish her memory are her daughters, Ronda Hamilton and husband, Milton, Nancy Barker and husband, Mike and Joy Reeves and husband, Tony; her son, Bill Tinsley and wife, Marie; her sisters, Linda Russell and Anna Marple and husband, Ken; her brother, Rodney Bellett and wife, Paulette; seven grandchildren; one great grandson; and by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Rite of committal and interment will be at Autumn Oaks Memorial Park in Orange, Texas, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.
