Drapeau, U.S. Army, retired, whom she married December 11, 1965. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Long) Gray.
Mary was a graduate of St. Clare High School and St. Joseph's School of Nursing. She was a registered nurse for the former Woonsocket Hospital and Mt. St. Rita Healthcare Center. Mary later worked for the Woonsocket School System as a teacher's aide. After tracing her heritage, she obtained dual citizenship with Ireland. Mary was a devoted grandmother, avid beach goer, and loved South County.
