Howard O. "Bo" Holland Sr.
Howard O. "Bo" Holland Sr., 80, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family and friends. While his earthly journey is complete, he is now pain free and walking with Angels. A celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Randall Mimbs officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Mr. Holland was born in Cochran, GA. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Syble A. Holland, his mother and step-father; Louise Safford and WA Bailey. He was of the Baptist faith. From a very young age, he was a self-employed wholesale car dealer. His family was his first love, but he also had a passion for good fishing and good friends.
He is survived by his daughter, Peggy Bell of Macon, son, Bucky (Pam) Holland of Macon, grandchildren, Trey Holland(Kelsey Smith, Fiancé) of Macon and Lindsey Holland of Macon, sister, Patsy (J.E.) Abercrombie of Jacksonville, FL, sister-in-law, Bobbie Jean Mimbs of Macon, several nieces and nephews, and longtime companion and friend, Wylene Hester and family.
The family wishes to thank Mr. Holland's loving caregiver, Sheila Pritchett for her faithful service.
