She was born, March 3, 1941 in Harrison County, Missouri the daughter of Alva Emmitt and Bonnie Irene (Bane) Alexander.
On September 25, 1956, she married Larry Morgan in Bethany, MO. He survives of the home.
Mary was a dental assistant for 41 years and worked with Dr. Cy Hinkle. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church, McFall, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Kathy Bridger; granddaughter, Candi Morgan; great granddaughter, Dacey De Whitmire; brothers, Dwight and Raymond Alexander.
Survivors in addition to her husband of 57 years are sons, Larry James (Janet) Morgan and Richard (Judy) Morgan of Bethany, MO; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; sister, Kathryn Pearson, Twin Falls, ID; brothers, James Alexander, Plattsburg, MO, Arward Alexander, St. Joseph, MO and Mike Alexander, Paola, KS.
Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, August 7, at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial in the Miriam Cemetery, Bethany, MO. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home where friends may call after NOON Wednesday.
