SHELBY -- Chad J. Warren, 26, of Shelby, died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2006, at his home.
He was born on Feb. 26, 1979, in Shelby, Ohio, and was a lifelong resident. Chad was a 1997 graduate of Shelby High School and served in the U.S. Marine Corps.He was a self-employed insurance agent and had extensively traveled the world in the past four years.
He is survived by his father, Timothy L. Warren; his mother, Kimberly S. (Patrick) Warren; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Tim and Tara Warren; and Kacey Warren all of Shelby; paternal grandfather, Arthur (Linda) Warren of Willard; paternal grandmother, Olga Wright of Willard; aunts, uncles, nieces, a nephew and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lela and Joseph Patrick.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 20, 2006, at Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio. Calling hours will not be observed.
