Born in White Sulphur Springs, WV, on April 20, 1947, he was the son of the late Stanley and the late Betty (Sydenstricker) Cleary. He served during the Vietnam Era in the U.S. Army.
He was a truck driver, employed by Tipton Trucking. Stanley enjoyed NASCAR, the Ravens, sports, playing horseshoes, tinkering with cars and trucks and was known as a "Grill Master."
Survived by his wife, daughter, stepdaughters: five sisters: two brothers: 5 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A.,127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where there will be a viewing on Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery.
