Survivors include her parents, Brian D. Tate of Nokomis, Fla., and Janice M. Tate of Fredericksburg; her brother, Jeremy David Tate of Fredericksburg; her sister, Katie Ann Tate of Fredericksburg; paternal grandparents, Ron and Patricia Ryan of Venice, Fla. and Roy Tate of Rehoboth, Mass.; maternal grandmother, Adele Miller of Sun City, AZ; two aunts, Sharon LaRusso and Deidre Perkins both of New Jersey; three uncles, Eric Miller, George Perkins and Anthony LaRusso all of New Jersey.
A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday, June 16, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg with Rev. John E. DeJong officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, June 14 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday, June 15 at the funeral home.
