Jerry Swaim, 75, of Limedale went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 2, 2014. Born July 1, 1939, he was the son of Earl and Myrtle Swaim; the grandson of Clarence and Margie Swaim and Marian and Elsie Morris.

He was married for 56 years to his high school sweetheart, Jean Winkle Swaim.

Survivors include his wife and his daughters, Sheila Dietels of Roanoke, VA and Teresa Spears of Austin, TX; his sons-in-law, Scott Spears and Guy Dietels; and his grandsons, Matthew Brannon of Montgomery, TX and Jacob Dietels of Roanoke, VA.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home.

A celebration of Jerry's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.

Burial will follow at Barnes Cemetery in Limedale.

Pallbearers will be Jason Jones, Shane Swaim, Matt Brannon, Jacob Dietels, Scott Spears, and Chris Swaims. Honorary pallbearers will be Keith Swaims, Charles Morris and Michael Swaim.
