Mr. Johnny Erving Welch, age 64 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville.
Mr. Welch was born Thursday, July 6, 1950, in Dayton, Ohio he was the son of the late David Carlen and Grace Dimple (Kirby) Welch.
Mr. Welch was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather. and animal lover. He was a farmer and drove a school bus for over 20 years.

1 Daughter and son-in-law:
Rebecca and John Roshia of Monterey, TN
1 Son and daughter-in-law:
John C. and Carla Welch of Cookeville, TN
2 Grandchildren:
Audrey and John Paul, Jr. Roshia of Monterey, TN

The family has chosen cremation and a memorial service may be held at a later date.
