Graveside service will be Saturday, Feb. 18, 2006, at 11 a.m. in Henry Cemetery in Corinth, Miss.
Mrs. Gibson was a native of Corinth, Miss., but had lived in Sheffield for over 85 years. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Sheffield. She was an avid fisherman and bridge player.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Ernestine M. Gibson of Decatur; two granddaughters, Nancy Paetz of Grant and Susan Henderson of Decatur; and four great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Juergen Paetz, Michael Henderson, Zach Jones and Josh Henderson.
