Geneva Clark, age 88, of Fayetteville, TN passed away Friday, August 1, 2014 at Lincoln Care Center. She was born on August 9, 1925 in Kelso, TN to the late Eddie Guy & Leona Hunter Thompson. She was a longtime resident of Patrick Road and was a member of the Christian Fellowship Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William (Bill) Clark, sister, Carrie Dickey and brother, James (Jack) Thompson. Mrs. Clark is survived by her daughter, Mary & Bobby Poole of Fayetteville, TN; sisters, Margaret Gilliam and Dorene Rogers, both of Fayetteville and Joyce & Joe Payne of Nashville, TN; two granddaughters, Michelle Poole Hill and Tonya Poole Steelman, both of Fayetteville, TN; four great grandchildren, Eliza Hill, Rylan Hill, Weston Steelman and Brayden Steelman, all of Fayetteville, TN. Funeral services are Monday, August 4, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Sunday from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m.
