LARKIN, Jean M. - Of Seminole, FL, formerly of Burton, age 75, died Saturday, May 24, 1997 of cancer at her home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11AM Thursday, May 29, 1997 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Ronald L. Larkin M.S.C. will officiate. Burial in New Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Larkin will remain at the Miles Martin Funeral Home where friends may call after 6PM Tuesday, all day Wednesday. Wednesday evening her family, friends and parish will gather at the funeral home for a scripture memorial 7PM. Thursday morning Mrs. Larkin will be taken to the church where she will lie in state from 10AM until the time of services at 11AM. Memorials may be directed to the Hospice of Seminole, FL. Donations may be made at the funeral home. Mrs. Larkin was born July 21, 1921 in Flint, the daughter of Mr and Mrs. Fred and Doris (Henish) LaFleur. She and Leo R. Larkin were united in marriage September 23, 1939. Surviving are: husband, Leo; son, Gary and wife Sharon Larkin of Lake St. Helen; 4 daughters, Connie and husband Larry Hayes of Seminole, FL, Janice and husband Bernard Lenz of Grand Blanc, Janine Anderson of Minneapolis, MN, Denice and husband Gary Grambush of Swartz Creek; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; brother, Fred and wife Elizabeth LaFleur of Flint; sister, Eva Mae Cadd of Ellenton, FL; several nieces and nephews.
