Carl E. "Butch" Robertson, 90, of Hoopeston, passed away at 5:01 p.m. Thursday, July 31, 2014, at Heritage Health in Hoopeston.

He was born Nov. 1, 1923 in East Lynn, the son of Charles and Mabel (Martin) Robertson. They preceded him in death, in addition to one brother, Harold Robertson and two infant brothers.

He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth King; a brother, Delbert Robertson and several nieces and nephews.

He was a farmer his entire life.
