Clarence A. Perkins, 85, died December 30, 1985, at a Calais nursing home. He was born in Alexander, December 27, 1900, the son of Alfred and Carrie Perkins.
He is survived by five sons, Lawrence of Woodland, Earl of Baring, Timothy of Princeton, Jeffery of Appleton and Dennis of Rockland, four daughters, Evelyn Ashby of Deer Island, New Brunswick, Canada, Hilda Maker of Marion, Pauline Parks of Bridgewater and Cheryl Grindle of Camden, two brothers, Harold of Calais and Gerald of Baring, one stepdaughter, Jacqueline Moholland of Woodland, one stepson, Georgia McLeod, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the funeral home Thursday with the Rev. Charles Reed officiating. Interment in the Woodland Cemetery. Friends who wish may make contributions to the Ronald McDonald House (Our House of Maine Inc.), P.O. Box 1629, Bangor 04401 or the charity of their choice.
