Dannie was my brother, the best ever. He was soft spoken, kind and generous. Dannie built a business from scratch using his many skills as a mechanic. He was happy staying at home and quiet. He didn't travel much outside his work area. He was very neat and orderly and liked everything in its place. He loved his family and his grand-children more than anything. He loved playing with the kids and showing them how to do things. He loved his labs, Booker and Sadie. They were truly best friends.
Dannie never met a stranger and never spoke unkindly of anyone. I would call him often and just tell him a joke I had heard and he would always laugh. I miss that. I miss you my sweet big brother. Never a day goes by that you are not in my thoughts.

Dannie was the son of Joseph (Papa Joe) and Oliva (Oma) Johnson. He was a graduate of Ben Lomond High School in Ogden, Utah.

Dannie was an avid fisherman, hunter, and loved his animals.
