"Roy Arno Covington, age 53, of Warsaw, Missouri, passed away Monday evening, July 28, 2014, at the VITAS Hospice in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on June 25, 1961, the son of Harold J. and Helga E. Weiser Covington.
He grew up in Kansas City. He was a United States Army veteran.
He moved to the Warsaw area in the late 1990's. He was employed as a carpenter working on homes throughout the area for many years.
He is survived by two sons and two daughters, his father, Harold Covington, of Warsaw, Missouri, his mother and two brothers, other relatives and friends.
Grave side funeral services were held August 2, 2014, at the Shawnee Cemetery in Warsaw."
