Beverly "Bev" J. Bearman, 75, of Coal Valley, died Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2006, at Oak Glen Home, Coal Valley.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 21, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, 6601 38th Ave., Moline. Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Coal Valley Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Oak Glen Home or Pathway Hospice.

Beverly was born July 12, 1931, in Coal Valley to Thomas and Margaret Taube Murphy. She married Oliver "Ollie" Bearman Dec. 28, 1968, in Geneseo. He preceded her in death May 28, 2004.

Beverly was a homemaker and assisted in the family business. She was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church, Coal Valley.

Beverly was a member of the Milan American Legion Post 569 Women's Auxiliary. She was also a member of the Vikings. She enjoyed her family, entertaining, fishing, euchre, cooking and her favorite holiday, St. Patrick's Day.
