Passed away on Monday, July 28, 2014 in Creve Coeur, Missouri. He was born on June 14, 1936 in Mayview, Missouri to the late Robert and the late Emma (nee Couch) Anderson. He was united in marriage to Janice L. McNeel on June 27, 1958 in Odessa, Missouri. He was a member of the Marine Corp League, the National Association of Retired Federal Employees and lifetime member of the American Legion and the Korean War Veterans Association.
He is survived by his wife, Janice L. Anderson (nee McNeel); three children, Eugene and wife Sandy Anderson of Washington, Jeffrey and wife Monica Anderson of Washington, and Debra and husband Terry Straatmann of Villa Ridge; five sisters, Demma Meinershagen of Odessa, Mary and husband Jerry Carrick of Golden Valley, Arizona, Peggy Monell of Kailia, Hawaii, Sharon and husband Patrick Gongob of Aiea, Hawaii, and Phyllis Anderson of Oak Grove, Missouri; eight grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Ernest Anderson.
