She was born October 2, 1926 in Bluffs the daughter of Leonard and Inez Gerrard Little.
She married Lyle D. Lewis on September 14, 1946 in Jacksonville and he preceded her in death on January 25, 1987.
She is survived by
one son, Leonard Lewis;
three daughters, Marsha Lewis, Jeanne Tendick
and Debra Lewis;
two grandchildren, Samantha Jean (husband, Patrick) Hendy and Brock Michael Tendick;
three great-grandchildren, Karlee Jo Poore, Andrew Lyle Poore and Caden Douglas Mead;
two great-great-grandchildren, Kagen Alan McClintock and Kaci Leilani Tomlin;
one sister, Jean (husband, Jack) Boehner
and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by
one son, Michael Lewis;
one brother, Francis Little and
one sister, Virginia Schmidt.
Mrs. Lewis had been employed at Pathway Services Unlimited and worked alongside her husband on the family farm.
She attended Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church near Jacksonville.
She loved to spend time with her family and watch her grandchildren play sports and was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.
A funeral service will be held at Williamson Funeral Home with burial at Memorial Lawn Cemetery.
