Janie Burton, 57, of Hannibal, formerly of Moberly, died Friday morning, Feb. 27, 2004, in Hannibal.
Ms. Burton was born April 22, 1946, in Moberly, a daughter of Raymond L. and Mary Elizabeth (Waldorf) Burton.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors are: a sister, Jeanie Cox and friend Howard Stewart of Madison; niece Lucy and nephew-in-law Ray Gilmore of Moberly; a great-niece, Emma Gilmore and a great-nephew, Joe Gilmore, both of Moberly.
Family services were held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Oakland Cemetery in Moberly. Reverend George Burgin officiated. Services were conducted by Cater Funeral Home.
