MACON -- Nancy Ann Giles, 75, of Macon, IL, passed away at 12:10 p.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2014 in her home with her family at her bedside.
A memorial service to celebrate Nancy's life will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Nancy may be made to the Wesley United Methodist Church, 3800 E. Cerro Gordo, Decatur, IL 62521.
Nancy was born on May 27, 1939 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Walter and Frances Tilinski. Nancy was employed at G.E. and Macon County Health Department. She was an avid Cub Fan and loved her flower garden.
Surviving are her daughter, Kim Wilson (Jerry) of Macon; son, Mark Giles (Kim Jo) of Hennessey, OK; five grandchildren, Clint Wilson (Deanna) of Macon; Cliff Wilson (Dawn) of Moweaqua; Molly, Levi, and Jacob (Lily) Giles of Hennessey, OK; two great-grandchildren, Lexie and Hunter Wilson of Macon; two sisters, Sue Causey (Pete) of Decatur; Linda Lamb (Bob) of Decatur; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
