Graveside services were held Saturday, July 26 in Grant Cemetery at Grant, Oklahoma, with Rev. Jim Moore officiating, under the direction on Miller & Miller Funeral Home of Hugo,Oklahoma.

She is survived by her husband, Howard C. "Tiny" Milburn; one son, John A. Leslie of Longview, Texas; one daughter Joetta K. VanRoekel of Hugo; four sisters, Maryetta Taylor, Helen Billingsley, Myrble Brown and Vignon Ford; Three brothers, Elliott Kinsworthy, Wayne Kinsworthy and Bily Joe Kinsworthy; four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
