UNION - Services will be held Sunday, Feb. 5, at 2 p.m. in the Midvale Ward chapel for Norman Lester Forbush, 62, of East Midvale, who died in a local hospital Wednesday.
Mr. Forbush was born in Union, June 5 1876, a son of Loren and Isabel Brimhall Forbush. He lived there all of his life, and had been active in church work.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Rachel Forbush; two sons, Orval Forbush of Murray and Mitchell LeRoy Forbush of East Midvale; two daughters, Mrs. Gertrude F. Sharp and Mrs. Margaret Bishop of East Midvale; a brother, R. Frank Forbush of Murray; three sisters, Mrs. Lorena Baker and Mrs. Lavinia Fenstermaker of Union and Mrs. Rozella Butler of St. Anthonly, Ida., and three grandchildren.
Bishop Albert Glover will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Midvale Cemetery. Friends may call Friday and Saturday at the C. I. Goff & Sons mortuary in Midvale, and at the home, Greenwood Avenue and State Streets, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Sunday.
