Vickie Howard, age 61 of Breckenridge, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, July 29th in the Breckenridge Cemetery with Otho Noggle officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Morehart Mortuary. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday, July 28th at Morehart Mortuary.
Vickie Rae Buller was born July 17, 1953 in Breckenridge to parents, Dutch Buller and Juanita Whetsel Buller. She attended school in Breckenridge and graduated in 1971. She later attended Abilene School of Business and graduated in 1972. Vickie married Martin Howard in Abilene on September 16, 1991. Vickie lived mostly in Abilene until she moved back home to Breckenridge in 2001. She was a member of Brookhollow Christian Church in Abilene. Vickie loved her family, her dogs Missy and Precious and was a loyal Texas Rangers fan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Howard and her parents, Dutch and Juanita Buller.
Vickie is survived by her one son of San Antonio; one "adopted" son of Abilene; one brother of Breckenridge.
