David Lynn Caudle, 53, of Paris passed away Thursday, Feb. 9, 2006, at Paris Regional Medical Center.

Services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home. Burial follows in Manchester Cemetery.

The family receives friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

He was born June 19, 1952, in Clarksville, the son of Ben “Cotton” and Lydia Ruth Hamil Caudle. He graduated from Paris High School in 1971, and served as a paratrooper in the U. S. Army with the 82nd Airborne from March of 1973 until May of 1976. He was an industrial painter & sand blaster and owned and operated Main Traditional Archery Shop.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his mother, Lydia Ruth; one brother, Billy C. Caudle and wife, Carolyne, of Lubbock; a nephew, Clint Caudle of Haltom City and a daughter, Jamie Caudle of Paris.
