She was a 1979 graduate of the University of Texas, Austin. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of Thomas F. and Elaine C. (Sagendorf) Ryan of Allentown.
Survivors: Parents; brothers, Steven W. of Macungie and Dr. Thomas M. of Seattle, and paternal grandmother, Helen A. Ryan of Amityville, N.Y.
