SSGT, Company E, 58th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infanty Division, US Army, Vietnam. KIA, October 21, 1968-date on marker is when he was declared dead. He went MIA when he failed to successfully board the helicopter that was extracting his LRRP unit in darkness in Dar Lak, Vietnam.
