Roy Louis Harper, age 80, of Elizabethtown, passed away Wednesday July 23, 2014 at Hardin Memorial Hospital Elizabethtown.

He was preceded in death by his First Wife, Nancy Jane Harper, his Parents, Alvin and Annie(Klinglesmith) Harper, two Brothers Floyd Harper and Clarence Harper.

He was a member of the Stephensburg Masonic Lodge 641 F and AM, and also of the Morrison Lodge 76 F and AM in Elizabethtown, the Wesley Hilltop Senior Citizens, The Elizabethtown American Legion, an Army Veteran. He was a member of the Stephensburg Missionary Baptist Church and attended the Central Avenue Baptist Church.

He is survived by
Wife, Lucille Harper of Elizabethtown, KY.
Daughter, Sharon Milburn of Cecilia, KY.
Son, Timothy (Sandy) Harper of Custer, KY.
Brother, Earl (Carolyn) Harper of Rineyville, KY.
Sister, Louise Fox of Elizabethtown, KY.
Sister, Rose and Rev. Elbert (Tom) Peters of Eastview, KY.
Sister, Dorothy (Berine) Crump of Hodgenville, KY.
Grandchild, Scott (Rechelle) Harper.
Grandchild, Kerri Hornback.
Great-grandchild, Erin.

and Several Step Children,Nieces, and Nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday 7/27/2014 at 2:00 PM at the Manakee Funeral Home of Elizabethtown with Rev. Earl Sanders and Rev. Tom Wicker officiating. Burial will be at the Glendale Christian Church Cemetery.
