Born June 6, 1954 in South Jordan Utah to Roy Grant and Laverla Peterson. She was greeted in Heaven on August 11, 2005. Ranae is survived by her loving husband, Wayne Wilson Bateman; daughters, Karren (Jeff), Lisa, Melanie, Amy, Julie (Jeffery), Camille (Dustin), Melissa (Robert), and Natalie; sons, Joshua (Shellece), Chad (Venus) and Nathan (Brittney); and16 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at 12:00 noon at the Crescent North Stake Center, 1064 East 10600 South. A viewing will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the church. Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery. Arrangements by McDougal West Jordan Mortuary."
