Carol Ann Underwood, 67, of Elberta, passed away April 1, 2014.
She retired from South Baldwin Regional Medical Center after almost 40 years of service.
She was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Elberta.
She is survived by three sons, Brian Christopher Williams of Elberta, Michael Duane Williams of Elberta and Matthew Charles Williams of Spring Brook Township, PA.; and three sisters, Margaret Elizabeth "Betty" (Keith) Wood of Elberta, Shirley Annie Helms of Elberta and Sharon Eva (+George Jr.) Frank of Elberta.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, April 5, 2014, at 10:30 a.m., from St. Bartholomew Catholic Church.
