Mrs Lawrence (Gladys) O'Keefe, 56, of 507 2nd Ave SE, died Wednesday afternoon at St Luke's Hospital. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Mrs O'Keefe was born on Sept 12, 1917 at Lemmon.
She married Lawrence O'Keefe on Sept 24, 1946 at Lemmon.
She came to Aberdeen in 1936 and worked for the Benson Optical Co for 10 years.

Survivors: her husband; two daughters, Kathy and Julie, both at home; one brother, Milo Milsen, Lemmon; and six sisters, Mrs Beryl Veal, Bison; Mrs Mildred Hoffman, and Mrs Robert Hoffman, both of Lemmon; Mrs Bernice Schober, South St Paul, Minn; Mrs Delbert McNew, Boulder, Colo; and Mrs Floyd Lovelett, Pierre.

Preceded by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
